Shipping & Delivery

International orders are prepared in Brazil and shipped to the United States. Shipping is calculated according to destination, dimensions, weight, volume, insurance, and delivery method.

Ready-to-ship objects

Small and standard-size objects may be shipped by international courier. The final shipping cost and estimated delivery date are confirmed at checkout or before payment when an individual quote is required.

Furniture and large pieces

Large, fragile, or high-value pieces are shipped using a dedicated freight solution. Please contact us with your delivery ZIP code so we can provide a shipping quote, insurance details, and delivery options.

Made-to-order pieces

Made-to-order and customized pieces are produced after the order is confirmed. Production times are stated on each product page. Shipping time begins after production is complete.

Delivery conditions

Please make sure the delivery address can receive the package and that the piece can pass through doors, elevators, stairways, and corridors. Special handling, stairs, hoisting, storage, redelivery, or address-change fees may apply when required.

Inspection on delivery

Inspect the package before signing for delivery. If you notice visible damage, photograph the package and the item, note the damage with the carrier, and contact us as soon as possible. Keep all original packaging until the order is fully inspected.

Import duties and taxes

Prices do not include U.S. import duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, or state and local taxes unless expressly stated. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer or importer of record and vary according to the product, destination, and applicable regulations.
